1. Definitions

"We" / "TDACRM" — TDACRM Solutions SRL, Tax ID RO45930062
"Application" — FacturoSync, a Bitrix24 app for automatic invoice and proforma generation
"User" — the person or company installing and using the Application
"Services" — FacturoSync features described on this page

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FacturoSync you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the application.

3. Description of Services

Automatic invoice and proforma generation via Bitrix24 ↔ Oblio.eu / Facturis.ro integration
Bizproc Robot for sales pipeline automation
Automatic PDF attachment to CRM deals
Multi-currency support and country-specific rules
Real-time statistics dashboard

4. Account & Subscription

Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required
Monthly plan: 50 RON/month
Annual plan: 500 RON/year (2 months free)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may cancel anytime from the Billing page — access remains active until the end of the paid period

5. User Obligations

Provide accurate data (tax ID, address, client details) for fiscal document generation
Not use the application for illegal purposes
Keep Oblio/Facturis credentials confidential
Verify the accuracy of generated documents before submitting to tax authorities

6. Limitation of Liability

TDACRM Solutions SRL is not responsible for:

Errors in fiscal documents caused by incorrect user-provided data
Changes to Bitrix24, Oblio.eu or Facturis.ro APIs that affect functionality
Temporary service interruptions due to external causes (hosting, DDoS, etc.)
Tax non-compliance caused by incorrect series or data configuration

7. Intellectual Property

FacturoSync's code, design and content are the property of TDACRM Solutions SRL. Installing the application does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, or via the SAL procedure at ANPC.
